Not overweight.
My goal was never to see a smaller number on the scale. It's always been to get healthy and exchange the fat I have for muscle. I've lost a bit of weight and I'm trying to gain it back in muscle, and I'm trying to flatten my stomach.

Hello lovelies! I hope you’ve all been doing will and staying nice and healthy. :)

I’ve been doing pretty great. I’ve started eating alot more protein so hopefully that’ll help me with trying to build muscle. :D

I did some strength training earlier and soon I’m gonna do more, and an ab workout. I can’t wait :D
